The pages of the Platform, the content and infrastructure of the Platform, and any online service (including the facilitation of payment service) provided by Louis Hotels through any of its website are owned, operated and provided by Louis Hotels Public Company Limited or its subsidiaries or affiliates and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to these Terms of Use set out below.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Agreement for Use of the Platform<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

A User warrants that he\/she possesses the legal authority to enter into any agreement and to use the Platform. Specific terms for Mobile Application (Mobile App)<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

By using the Mobile App, in addition to these Terms of Use, you agree to the specific terms and conditions governing use of the Mobile App as set forth in this Mobile App License Agreement Section, (the EULA).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Louis Hotels grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Louis Hotels Mobile App for your personal and internal business purposes strictly in accordance with this Agreement.\u00a0<\/span><\/b><\/span>You are responsible for complying with the updated terms posted online at Louis Hotels Platform website even if these updated terms appear online at Louis Hotels website before being posted on the Mobile App. Your continued use of the Mobile App after Louis Hotels publishes notice of changes to the Terms of Use indicates your consent to the updated terms.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Use of Mobile App<\/span><\/b><\/span>\u00a0: Louis Hotels Mobile App which allows a User to access the Louis Hotels Platform, an internet-delivered service (subscription service) from the users\u2019 mobile device; provided the mobile device can support the service.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You agree that you will not use or encourage others to use the Mobile App in a way that could harm or impair others\u2019 use of the Mobile App and your use of the subscription service offered under the Platform and the Mobile App is governed by these Terms of Use. You also agree not to violate the usage limits or controls set forth by: (a) the App Store Terms of Service, for iOS users accessing the Mobile App on an Apple product, or (b) Google Play Terms of Service for Android users accessing the Mobile App on an Android product.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Louis Hotels may deploy changes, updates, or enhancements to the Mobile App at any time. Louis Hotels may provide maintenance and support for the Mobile App,\u00a0<\/span><\/span>but has no obligation<\/span><\/b><\/span>\u00a0whatsoever to furnish such services to you and may terminate such services at any time without notice. You acknowledge that neither Apple (for iOS Mobile App) nor Google (for Android Mobile App) has an obligation to furnish any maintenance or support services in connection with the Mobile App.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Consent to Electronic Communications and Solicitation<\/span><\/b><\/span>: by downloading the Mobile App, you authorise Louis Hotels Group to send you (including via email and push notifications) information regarding the service you have subscribed and the Mobile App, such as: (a) notices about your use of the Mobile App, including notices of violations of use; (b) updates to the subscription service and Mobile App and new features or products; and (c) promotional information and materials regarding Louis Hotels offers and services. You can review your account notification settings and adjust your messaging preferences, including opting-in to additional messages or unsubscribing to certain messaging through the \u201cPush Notifications\u201d section of the Mobile App settings.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In order to operate and provide the services through the Mobile App, Louis Hotels may collect certain information about you, including technical and telemetry data related to your use of the Mobile App. We use third party service providers to help us collect and analyse this data, including Google Analytics . Louis Hotels uses and protects that information in accordance with its\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Privacy Notice<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/a>. This Agreement is executed between you and Louis Hotels and not between you and any other party, including Apple for iOS users and Google for Android users. You agree that any claims brought by you arising out of this Agreement or your use of the Mobile App will not be made against Apple or Google, as applicable.\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Louis Hotels is not responsible for any applicable third-party agreement between you and your any third-party, including your wireless provider.<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

General Online Services and use of the Platform<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Through its Platform, Louis Hotels Group provides a User with access to a variety of resources, including information about its business and the services offered at its Hotels or its restaurants including providing the opportunity to make online reservations at its facilities (if available). All services, including any updates, enhancements, new features, and\/or the addition of any products or services are subject to these Terms of Use, the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>General Booking Terms<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/a>, and the\u00a0<\/span><\/span>Privacy Notice<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

By using or utilising the Platform (e.g. by making a reservation), you enter into a direct (legally binding) contractual relationship with the Hotel with which you make a reservation or purchase a service (as applicable).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Hotel Reservations<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Any reservation\u00a0made through the Platform is subject to availability, any special conditions noted at the time of reservation but also as per Louis Hotels Group\u00a0<\/span><\/span>General Booking Terms<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/a>\u00a0and subject to the law and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the Hotel that a reservation is made is located.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Restaurant Reservations<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Any reservation\u00a0made through the Platform is subject to special terms noted at the time of booking or at such restaurants\u2019 individual website a nd subject to the law and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the Hotel is located.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Personal\/Non- Commercial Use<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Unless otherwise specified, as noted content and information displayed on the Platform are for the individual user personal and non-commercial use\u00a0<\/span><\/span>ONLY<\/span><\/b><\/span>. You may not modify copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from the website. You only have a limited, non-transferrable, recoverable license to view the content displayed on the Platform and the materials display solely for personal use, subject to the restrictions set in these Terms of Use.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Not unlawful use<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

As a condition of your use of the Platform, you will not use the Platform, or any functions provided for convenience (e.g. online reservations) for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use and notices. You may not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Louis Hotels Group server\/s, or the network(s) connected to any Louis Hotels Group server, or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Platform.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any hardware or software systems or any service through the Platform, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Louis Hotels Group server\/s or through hacking, password mining or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Platform. You shall not try or attempt or in any way post, transmit or disseminate any information on or via the Platform which is or may be harmful, obscene, defamatory or otherwise illegal or to upload or transfer any data, program or device that may corrupt or cause any virus to the website in any way.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The user shall hold the Louis Hotels Group member which may be affected, harmless from and against any and all losses, damages, costs and expenses (including legal fees) resulting from any claim or actions brought against any Louis Hotels Group member or arising as a result of any breach or violation of these Terms of Use by the user. Louis Hotels Group has the right, at its own expense, to assume exclusive defence against any claim and all negotiations for settlement and the user agrees to cooperate with Louis Hotels Group in the defence of any such claim, at the request of Louis Hotels Group.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

All such information and material on the website are provided \u201cAS IS\u201d without warranty of any kind.
